Ian Kershaw is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Sydney office. Ian is part of L.E.K.’s global Travel & Transport practice, and a leader in L.E.K.’s aviation and airports practice in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. 
 
Ian has significant experience advising private and public sector clients on strategic and commercial issues fundamental to business success and shareholder value, including strategy development, major infrastructure investment decision-making, competitive positioning, M&A and performance improvement. Ian works with clients across the aviation and transport ecosystems, including airports, airlines, aviation industry suppliers, air navigation service providers, public transport agencies, rail operators, governments and investors.
 
Ian has worked for L.E.K. in the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, southern Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Ian holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in economics from Tufts University.
