He focuses on delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions for his clients that drive strategy, organizational capability, cost improvements, performance improvement and enhanced customer experience. He has significant experience leading engagements in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining L.E.K., Matt was a Managing Director with a leading advisory firm based in New York and a supply chain executive with Electrolux Major Appliances.
