Justin Wang is the Head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Shanghai office and a leader in the firm’s Healthcare and Life Science practice. He has more than 22 years of experience in strategy consulting, advising Chinese and international clients in pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthcare services, and other sectors.
Justin has extensive experience in providing strategic advice on growth strategy, product commercialization, pricing and market access, China localization and partnerships, M&A and licensing transactions, as well as organizational and operational issues. He frequently speaks at industry forums on market trends and insights, and his expert commentary has appeared in many trade journal articles.
Justin has been with L.E.K. since 2003 and has also worked in L.E.K.’s London office. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Fudan University in China. Justin is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
