David Hitsky is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.’s New York office, where he is a leader in the firm’s Financial Services practice, specializing in Insurance. He brings over 25 years of experience advising senior executives and boards in areas including corporate strategy, M&A, market assessment, operating model design, and digital and operational transformation.
David leads L.E.K.’s insurance practice in the Americas. His extensive client list includes carriers, alternative investors, distribution partners (brokers, MGAs, direct platforms and aggregators), TPAs, and technology providers (including InsureTechs). David’s background includes work across all segments, including property and casualty (commercial, personal lines, specialty), life & annuity & retirement, and wealth management. Prior to joining L.E.K., David served as a strategy leader at Oliver Wyman and Monitor Deloitte.
David holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
